Hi, I'm Emily — winemaker, farmer, and recovering Collins Street lawyer.

In 2017 I traded the city for a little Shiraz vineyard in Heathcote, and I haven't looked back since. What started as a dream of living closer to the land has grown into something I'm deeply proud of — a small, handcrafted collection of wines made with purpose, patience, and a lot of heart.

I make wine for the unhurried moments. The long Sunday lunch. The last of the light on a summer evening. The kind of quiet that only really settles in when there's something good in the glass.

My Core Wines are built on lineage and place — wines that return to the same beloved vineyards year after year, quietly getting better with each vintage.

My Appellation Wines are where I get to play — looser, livelier, and a little unexpected.
