After fermentation, the wine was matured for 24 months in a thoughtful combination of two new French oak puncheons and one two-year-old American oak barrique, adding both elegance and subtle complexity.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBottled in May 2023 without fining or filtration, this Shiraz retains its natural character—so a small amount of sediment is to be expected.
