Grown amongst the cool, southern granite hills of the Heathcote faultline, the fruit for our 2019 Blanc-de-Blanc was handpicked and then lightly pressed to promote freshness and acidity. Post ferment, the wine was racked to seasoned French barriques for 10 months ageing, followed by 12 months on lees (made in the Traditional Method).

Exhibiting crisp minerality and hints of subtle pear and apple blossom, our 2019 Blanc-de-Blanc is easy drinking with fresh, creamy acidity.

Emily's favourite variety is bubbles, whether it be white, red or anything in between. Made just the way we like it, our 2019 Blanc-de-Blanc is fresh and light without any heavy yeast characteristics.

This wine also exhibits crisp mineral undertones, which is unique to the site in which the grapes are grown, as the vineyard is situated just over the northern side of the granite rocks found between Lancefield and Tooborac.
